Pennsylvania Farms

I absolutely fell in love with Pennsylvania last week. I have driven through the state before, but I don't remember noticing its beauty. I definitely want to return during spring or summer because I imagine the rolling hills in green would be even more amazing.

And the farms...I didn't realize agriculture was so big in the Keystone State. I can't tell you how many pictures of farms I took from the car (don't worry - I was very careful!). This is the first one I came to in going through my hundreds of photos. I love this photo. If the rest of them are like that, I'm sure you'll see lots more of them!

Nice shot. I was there in the summer and I can remember just how green every thing was! Would love to go back someday.

Pa. has some of the most beautiful farms...We live in S.Central Pa. just fours miles from Maryland (where we were raised)...it is semi rural. We have been fortunate to live in Maryland...Florida and Colorado and its Pa. where we love the most. The country side is so breathtaking. Your Barn shot is just lovely.

Ok, now, that's a HUGE working farm... my goodness, we don't have farms that big here in SeMo... Plus, that sky sets it off! Beautiful capture & can't wait to see more! =)

Beautiful shot...you got the whole farm! My favorite thing about Pennsylvania are the stone farm houses...you caught that one so nicely in the lower left!

I love farm photos - the barns, the fields, the skies and horizons. When we drive Up North (Michigan), we pass a lot of farms and I love to gaze out at them and wonder...who lives there, etc. Many times I see a tree or an interesting corner or something - that reminds me of growing up in Africa - exploring, walking... Ah, love the country.
